Can you believe it, my friend? It’s been a whole year since Rhovonda L. Brown Enterprise opened its virtual business doors to support and be a resource to women entrepreneurs, authorpreneurs, and aspiring authors! Look at God! We give Him glory and praise for giving us the opportunity to serve and be a blessing to you.

Hi! I am Rhovonda, the owner and CEO of Rhovonda L. Brown Enterprise, a faith-based multi-service business. Our mission is to encourage, equip, and empower women, writers, authors, and entrepreneurs. We inspire our clients to reach their full potential, ignite their passion for Christ, and empower them to walk in freedom living in their purpose. Moreover, we help our clients create and expand their online presence, increase visibility, and attract potential customers. Rhovonda L. Brown Enterprise LLC provides consultation, mentoring, coaching, marketing, web design, personal and professional development, workshops, resources, and training.

Since we have been established for a year, there are many things I have learned thus far. However, I want to share with you two life-lessons.

  1. The need for patience. As an entrepreneur, we make our lives more challenging when we become impatient and try to rush God. We cannot rush the Creator or the process. Growth takes time and there are many lessons we must learn along the way. Things may not move as quickly as we would like; therefore, we must practice patience and enjoy the journey.
  2. No need to compare. As an entrepreneur, life can become very overwhelming and frustrating when we compare our journey and progress to another business owner. When we make comparisons, we fail to acknowledge God, what God is doing in our lives and in our business. We forget to appreciate our accomplishments and how far we have come. When we make comparisons, we take our eyes off God, which is exactly what Satan wants.

Of course, I have learned so much more in these last 365 days, and I am still learning. But I believe patience and comparison were two things that I struggled with most during the first year of Rhovonda L. Brown Enterprise’s existence. Perhaps you can relate.

Despite the roller coaster ride that every entrepreneur experiences and the risks owning a business brings, my journey has been an exciting one! I am grateful for humbled beginnings, and I know that the best is yet to come!

Thank you for allowing Rhovonda L. Brown Enterprise to help meet your business needs. We look forward to serving you for many more years to come!
