Pastor Rhovonda L. Brown has a heart for God and a heart for the hurting. She has been called to serve God in multiple roles. Rhovonda is a wife, mother, grandmother, teacher and student of the Word of God. Through her journey of adversities and tragedies, Rhovonda has learned to embrace God’s grace and love, and the freedom that Jesus Christ gives. She finds joy encouraging others to do the same.

Rhovonda has been called to serve God in multiple roles. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, an educator and CEO. Pastor Rhovonda is a teacher and student of the Word of God. She has authored three bestsellers, Walking in Freedom! A Thirty-Day Devotional Journey for Women; At Least Say, “Thank You!”, and Adventures of Karter: I Need a Hug (a children’s book inspired by her grandson).

Rhovonda is an inspirational speaker and preacher passionate about inspiring women and children to walk in freedom with Jesus Christ. She is the founder and executive director of Martha & Mary Ministries, Walking in Freedom! ™ (M3), a women’s devotional ministry dedicated to encouraging, empowering, and promoting self-worth and enrichment. As the executive director, Rhovonda creates, plans, and implements educational and spiritual programs and activities to inspire women and children to reach their full potential in God, and to see what God sees in them, greatness. Rhovonda is the creator of the Walking in Freedom! Retreat & Workshop which brings women together from all walks of life to be inspired, equipped, and empowered in their Christian journey. Biblical truths and practical applications are given, testimonies are shared to inspire, and women are motivated to impact lives around them.

Rhovonda is the founder and CEO of The Pillar of Hope, Inc., which promotes career development, health and wellness, and a resource hub for the community.

Rhovonda and her husband Jeff are pastors of The Sanctuary Christian Fellowship Church. Together, they share the Gospel encouraging others to have an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and create curriculum and activities for youth and adult ministries. Rhovonda and Jeff have been ministering to youth for nearly thirty years. Their desire is that all children will grow up healthy with high self-esteem, knowing how loved and special they are, and will know they are unique treasures from the Lord.

Rhovonda has a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
